It is so true - trade shows can be done well but they do take enormous amounts of planning and preparation. Being cost effective is also very important - especially in the current economic situation. I recently came across a company that definitely seems to have great value for money. http://www.audience-response.ca/
They provide a system so that it's possible to have a game at your booth. It seems like a really great way to keep your customers engaged - which is a big part in making sure trade shows are worth while!

Agreed, use the professionals to design, build and set up the booths and then focus your energy on the important job as an exhibitor engaging and selling. Many times exhibit staff are sidelined and tired out by booth concerns and miss the opportunity to make the most of their gigantic investment in trade show marketing. Make the most of your budget by using the professionals in the trade show industry to design, build and install your exhibits and get on with the selling!!
