Event Amplification and measurement Trade show results redefined

What it is: A program that consists of PRE, AT, POST, MEASUREMENT, and TRAINING designed to maximize and measure every trade show and event

Will be offered in Bronze (base), Silver (Mid), and Gold (high). There will also be a platinum which will be a customized program based on clients needs. Pricing will be (subject to change) at $3995 for Bronze, $5995 for Silver, and $8995 for Gold. Package specifics are at conclusion of this document.

How it works:

1) PRE SHOW MARKETING:

-Personalized postcards (PURLS) and personalized e-mails go out to a targeted top list of prospects attending the show- usually from last years attendee list. How many postcards and e-mails is determined by what package you go with but start at 500 postcards/ emails and an additional 500 emails only- total 1000

-Those cards and e-mails direct the prospect to a personalized web page (Microsite) where a few survey questions are answered and contact info including mobile # is confirmed. Based on the few survey questions answered, automatic customized e-mail responses go out (“Glad to hear you’re attending the show and will be able to make our cocktail reception, please use code XXXYYYY and bring a friend!”)

2) STAFF TRAINING:

-A series of 3 trainings that cover all aspects of staffing a booth are presented with workbooks.

a) Engaging and qualifying an attendee

b) Presenting and closing on the next step

c) The 7 sins of staff training (dos and don’ts)

-These trainings are presented either in different formats based on the package chosen

a) Bronze- 3 generic webinars app 20 mins each with 90 days access

b) Silver- 3 customized webinars based on the same materials with workbooks, exercises and deliverables done live once and accessible for 90 days

c) Gold- Live ½ day training on site based on same materials with workbooks, exercises, and deliverables.

3) AT SHOW MARKETING:

-a reminder e-mail to all who filled out survey

-an on site SMS text to remind of a drawing or event (“ Just a quick reminder that the drawing for the new Ipod will occur in 15 minutes at booth 1423- a 2nd one will be given to someone just for being at the drawing live!”)

4) POST SHOW MARKETING:

-All leads gathered at the show will be uploaded and de-duped with all pre-show marketing results

- A “Thank you for attending” e-mail will go out to all above with a few survey questions designed to give the prospect a measurable pipeline (“Are you considering purchasing in the : a) next 90 days b) next 6 months c) One year d) Likely never)

5) MEASUREMENT of results:

-A complete electronic summary will be delivered and will remain accessible and real time updated for 90 days post event. The package consists of:

a) Campaign results

b) Complete database of all leads- ready to be uploaded into salesforce.com or other CRM system for marketing purposes.

c) A summary of answers from each survey question

d) Graphs and charts of survey answers

e) A Summary ROI report- a single page that should allow your prospect to gauge the success or failure of an event / report to others on the board of directors, etc.

Silver:

-2500 PURL postcards and emails, and 2500 PURL e-mails- total 5000

-Customized e-mail responses based on surveys for all 5000

-5000 Microsites

-3 app. 20 minute CUSTOMIZED staff training webinars with workbooks and unlimited access for 90 days

-1st day of show e-mail

-SMS text during show

-Upload and de-dupe of all at-show leads

-Creation of additional PURLS and Microsites (expected 500-1000 more) for all uploaded at show leads not in pre-show campaign

-Follow up final e-mail with survey questions designed to get measurement results

-Complete ROI measurement package summary

Gold:

-5000 PURL postcards and emails, and 5000 PURL e-mails- total 10000

-Customized e-mail responses based on surveys for all 10000

-10000 Microsites

-Live ½ day on- site training with workbooks and unlimited access for 90 days

-1st day of show e-mail

-SMS text during show

-Upload and de-dupe of all all at-show leads

-Creation of additional PURLS and Microsites (expected 500-1000 more) for all uploaded at show leads not in pre-show campaign

-Follow up final e-mail with survey questions designed to get measurement results

-Complete ROI measurement package summary
